About Mixed Martial Arts
GET IN THE BEST SHAPE
Mixed Martial Arts is now one of the most popular fighting styles in the US and the world, rivaling traditional boxing, kickboxing, and wrestling in popularity.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that incorporates various striking and grappling techniques from different martial arts, such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. It originated from the concept of pitting different martial arts against each other to determine the most effective style for real-life self-defense situations. MMA has gained widespread popularity in recent years, with many professional organizations and fighters competing at the highest level of the sport.
