Martial Arts Classes

Our martial arts program offers a wide range of classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our experienced trainers are dedicated to helping students develop strength, flexibility, and agility while also learning self-defense skills and building confidence. We offer classes in various martial arts styles, including karate, wushu, and boxing, each tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of our students. Whether you are looking to learn a new skill, get in shape, or simply have fun, our martial arts classes provide a supportive and challenging environment where you can grow and succeed.

Karate class incorporates all the protocol and discipline of a more traditional martial arts studio, but in a unique and fun manner for our students.

Boxing classes will take you to the next level. This class teaches more experienced boxing skills and techniques. Includes: partner and offensive drills.

Attaining that champion fighter physique has never felt more possible than through MMA, a cornerstone class unique to Royal MMAA.

Wushu training emphasizes flexibility, coordination, balance, and speed, with a focus on fluidity and precision of movements.

Our fitness classes are taught by experienced trainers who combine strength training, and flexibility exercises to create a well-rounded workout that targets all major muscle groups.

Our self-defense classes are designed to help students develop situational awareness and physical techniques for defending against a variety of attacks, including strikes, and holds.
