Self-defense techniques can include strikes, kicks, throws, joint locks, and grappling techniques, among others. In addition to physical techniques, self-defense also involves developing awareness, confidence, and de-escalation skills to avoid potentially dangerous situations. Learning self-defense can help individuals feel more empowered and prepared to handle unexpected situations.
At our martial arts school, we believe that self-defense is an important life skill that everyone should have the opportunity to learn. Our self-defense classes are designed to provide practical training and support in a safe and welcoming environment, helping students to build their confidence and develop the skills they need to stay safe and protect themselves and those around them.

Attending the first class?
- Students are advised to come in sports-wear.
- Please remove all the body jewelry at home, Eg. Earrings, Rings, Neck-Pieces, Watches, Bracelets, etc.
- You can bring water for yourself.
- Please carry a bag to keep your phone and other belongings. Students are not allowed to use or keep the phone during the class.
- Please keep your nails trimmed.
